چکیده
Background / Aim: The concentration of N-terminal brain natrium peptides (NT-proBNP) is an important marker within the diagnostic and prognostic analysis patients with chronic heart failure. In ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, natriuretic are dominant predictors death, failure additional infarctions. aim this study was to correlate markers following acute infarction. Methods: 193 infarction were divided into two groups: 69 NT-proBNP ≤ 1000 pg/mL 124 > pg/mL. During hospitalisation, laboratory data, clinical data information on previous medications collected. Echocardiography used identify left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). All statistical done in SPSS, version 23. Results: group elevated (> pg/mL) older (p < 0.001) suffered more often arterial hypertension = 0.04) atrial fibrillation 0.003). Heart rate higher LVEF lower values 0.001). Mean 46.86 %. both linear binary logistic regression multiple have been identified. Conclusion: Increased ranges correlation decreased LVEF, high-sensitive troponin I, lactate dehydrogenase, urea, creatinine, C-reactive peptides. This may guide clinicians assess treat early stages

primary percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction
background: primary percutaneous coronary intervention (primary pci) is the method of choice in establishing reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction (ami) patients. the aim of this study was to determine the success rate of primary pci in a university medical center in iran with a view to promoting it as a first-line therapy in patients with ami, especially in centers with established cathet...
متن کاملEvaluation of ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
Introduction: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a reperfusion strategy to increase life expectancy and ejection fraction (EF) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. We investigated the effect of location, severity, type of lesion, number and type of vessel involved and time of angioplasty on the increase in EF in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI (P-PCI) a...
متن کاملNo-Reflow Phenomenon in Patients with ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction, Treated with Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Study of Predictive Factors
Introduction: No-reflow phenomenon in coronary vessels, manifested in some patients with reperfused acute myocardial infarction (MI), is associated with poor clinical and functional outcomes. Therefore, evaluation of predisposing risk factors can be helpful in risk assessment and identification of patients at higher risk. Herein, we aimed to study the predictive factors for the development of...
متن کاملPrognostic value of platelet indices after acute myocardial infarction treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention.
BACKGROUND Mean platelet volume (MPV) is a strong predictor of impaired angiographic reperfusion and 6-month mortality in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (MI) treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). No data is available for other platelet volume indices: platelet distribution width (PDW) and platelet large cell ratio (P-LCR). The aim was to assess the impact of 3 plate...
